Order, shipping, inspection, and liability terms for Beauty Private Labels.
Order Policy
All orders are final.
No Returns: We do not accept returns for the product under any circumstances other than documented manufacturing defects.
No Cancellations: Cancellations requested after raw material procurement or label printing will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and billing for materials rendered.
Shipping and Logistics
All shipments are FOB Ex-Works.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Pick-up times are between 8:00 AM and 1:45 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We have daily scheduled pickups for UPS and USPS.
Inspection and Claims
Clients must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Visible Damage / Shortages: Must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
Concealed Manufacturing Defects: Must be reported in writing within 10 business days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this window constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the defective goods or a credit toward a future order.
We are not liable for the Client's lost profits, marketing costs, or third-party retail "chargebacks" resulting from a product delay or defect.
We are not responsible for product degradation caused by improper climate control in the Client's warehouse or during third-party transit.
